May 9, 2009 Now that spring has come and the leaves are on the trees I can see that a large tree has died that is uphill of the camper. I'm afraid the dead branches may fall on the camper so I decided that the deck must be torn down, the camper moved and the tree cut down. In this picture Krista is helping me disassemble the deck.

The deck has served us well and will be missed.

After removing the deck, we pulled the camper up the road to keep it out of danger.

The tree has a stump which is much too large for my chain saw so I cut the two tree trunks up higher where they split.

You can see this tree trunk was completely dead and the branches broke on impact.
